The registration of trademarks require the following documents:

• Legalized/ Apostille Power of Attorney
• Trademark Logo or Device to be registered if needed.

The trademark registration has a 10-year period protection, renewable. The registration of company names has a permanent validity.

The trademark filing application takes nine months approximately.
